Health Guarantee

All Shih Tzu Treasure puppies come with a 1-year genetic health guarantee against life-threatening congenital defects. This guarantee requires prompt veterinary examination within 72 hours of puppy arrival.

Terms of Sale

• Reservation Fee: $300 (non-refundable, applies to total price)

• Final Payment: Remaining $400 due before delivery

• Ownership Transfer: Full ownership transfers upon final payment

• Registration: Puppies come with AKC limited registration papers

Requirements for Guarantee

• Veterinary check within 72 hours of receipt

• Proper care, nutrition, and routine veterinary visits

• Notification of any health concerns within 24 hours of discovery

• Puppy must not be bred without prior written agreement

Delivery & Transfer

• Buyer responsible for any delivery fees

• Health certificate provided before travel

• Balance must be paid in full before puppy leaves our care
